I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I’m Jenifer Smith, a Food Technologist here at Northwest Naturals. A little bit about my background; I’m originally from Michigan (Go Blue!). I have degrees in both culinary and hospitality. I worked for a large hotel chain for 10 years which brought me to Seattle. Along my journey with the hotel, I also lived in CO and TX. After 10 years of hotel life I transitioned into a teaching role while in CO. In 2013, I moved back to Seattle to teach culinary arts. This past winter, I joined the team here at Northwest Naturals. I’m excited to be using my skills in another new avenue of fruit juices. There is so much to learn and I love that challenge!
