Apple Citrus Jamaican Jerk Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Tree Top Apple Chunks
1/8 cup Northwest Naturals Tropical Juice Concentrate WONF
1/8 cup Northwest Naturals Citrus Juice Concentrate WONF
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon coriander
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayanne pepper
2 tablespoons spice mix
2 tablespoons water

METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Can add lime juice, vinegar, or white wine to create a marinade.
