  • 425 grams pumpkin pie puree, canned
  • 340 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 400 grams Northwest Naturals Apple Blend-Pumpkin Pie Type #200110


  • 250 ml bourbon
  • 250 ml Pumpkin Shrub
  • 12 ounces Dry Brand Ginger Soda

Prep Instructions

  1. Mix together the first three ingredients to make the pumpkin shrub, let sit for 2-4 hours. Strain out the puree with a cheese cloth.
  2. Mix together the bourbon and Pumpkin Shrub.
  3. Divide between 4 rock classes filled with ice, top with Dry Brand Ginger Soda.
