system that reduces acid and color, while maintaining a more consistent
flavor than typical juice concentrate processes.
Characteristics: Reduced acid and color, while maintaining most of the
nutrient levels of the stated fruit.

fruit sweeteners with very little color, flavor, and acids.
Characteristics: A bland natural sweetener used for replacing sugar or
corn syrup.
