- 29.6 grams molasses
- 29.6 grams Worcestershire sauce
- 29.6 grams ketchup
- 14.9 grams apple cider vinegar
- 59.1 grams brown sugar
- 29.6 grams ground mustard
- 4.7 grams garlic powder
- 4.7 grams onion powder
- 4.7 grams salt
Combine all liquid ingredients minus the Blackberry Peppercorn WONF in a saucepan. Heat over medium until blended. Add all dry ingredients and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat to simmer and add the Blackberry Peppercorn WONF and simmer on low for 3 minutes. Cool sauce and serve for dipping or pour hot sauce over grilled meats.
Other Serving Suggestions: Great as a dipping sauce with grilled meats, or slather it on baby back ribs for a sweet tangy option. Try it as a new addition to traditional chicken nuggets. Add blackberry jelly and some mustard to this sauce, in a crockpot, and add meatballs or smoked mini-sausages – makes a great appetizer or potluck dish.
