Blackberry Rosemary Preserves


  • 700 grams water
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 50 grams dried apples
  • 49 grams pectin
  • 2.5 grams salt
  • 200 grams Northwest Naturals Blackberry Rosemary WONF #82912

Prep Instructions

Mix apples with 250 grams hot water.

Soak for 2 hours, blend until smooth.

Add sugar, the rest of the water, and salt. Bring to a heavy simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Cool to 80 degress and then add WONF.

Cool in the refrigerator and serve.
