An organic concentrate is a form of substance which has had the majority of its base component removed. Northwest Naturals is Certified Organic by USDA Organic. Typically, this will be the removal of water from a solution or suspension, such as the removal of water from organic fruit juice. Organic Mixed WOOF’s are blends that highlight more than one stated fruit juice in a base.
