- 425 grams pumpkin pie puree, canned
- 340 grams apple cider vinegar
- 400 grams Northwest Naturals Apple Blend-Pumpkin Pie Type #200110
- 250 ml bourbon
- 250 ml Pumpkin Shrub
- 12 ounces Dry Brand Ginger Soda
- Mix together the first three ingredients to make the pumpkin shrub, let sit for 2-4 hours. Strain out the puree with a cheese cloth.
- Mix together the bourbon and Pumpkin Shrub.
- Divide between 4 rock classes filled with ice, top with Dry Brand Ginger Soda.
